On December 21, 2017, at 12:45 a.m. [redacted] was inside of his single-room occupancy apartment located at [redacted] in Manhattan, when Police Officers Danny Sun and Beatriz Ceballos of the 32nd Precinct knocked on the door. [redacted] had been involved in a physical altercation with his partner, [redacted] earlier in the evening. [redacted] opened the apartment door slightly open. PO Sun and PO Ceballos entered [redacted] apartment (Allegations A and B: Abuse of authority, exonerated).
