About twenty unidentified NYPD officers raided the streets, corralled plaintiffs and prevented them from going anywhere. They kettled them into a prisoner van and moved them to a certain location where they began to assault and batter plaintiffs before arresting them on false charges. Description: On or about June 30, 2011, Plaintiff DeJesus was driving a car with his friend Anthony Vasquez in the passenger seat. Defendant Rogozinski and Valad, both NYPD officers, pulled over Plaintiff’s car. Defendant Rogozinski and Valad asked Plaintiff and Vasquez where they were coming from and where they were headed without saying why they were being stopped.
