On January 26, 2018, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Deputy Inspector Charles Minch of the 79th Precinct, Sergeant David Cheesewright of the Intelligence Bureau Criminal Intelligence Section, Police Officer Leonard Clarke of the 84th Precinct, and numerous additional officers from various commands executed a search warrant at [redacted] in Brooklyn (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority – Entry and Search, [redacted] attempted to put a dog into a crate, and an unidentified officer allegedly said, "If the dog moves, we are going to shoot it and probably shoot you." (Allegations C and D: Abuse of Authority – Threat of Force, [redacted]) An unidentified officer allegedly pushed [redacted] against a wall and to the ground (Allegation E: Force – Physical Force, [redacted]).
