On February 23, 2018, at approximately 7 a.m., officers assigned to the 105th Precinct and ESU Tactical Apprehension Team entered and searched [redacted] in Queens pursuant to search warrant [redacted] (BR 01), which PO Lisa Boystak of the 105th Precinct obtained (Abuse of Authority: Allegations A and B, [redacted]) (although [redacted] is located in the confines of the 113th Precinct, police documents reflect that only officers from the 105th Precinct were involved in the obtainment and execution of the search warrant). Det. Daniel Keane of ESU said to [redacted] several times during the search warrant execution, "Get on the fucking floor," and "Shut the fuck up" (Discourtesy: Allegation C, [redacted]). Det. Keane used physical force against [redacted] by grabbing her hair, throwing her to the floor, stepping on her fingers, and kicking her once in the left side of her ribs (Force: Allegation D, [redacted]). Det. Keane also retightened [redacted] cuffs (Force: Allegation E, [redacted]). Det. Keane placed [redacted] in a chokehold (Force: Allegation F, [redacted]), then kicked [redacted] (Force: Allegation G, [redacted]). Det.
