Description: On February 23, 2018, at or around 7:30 a.m., PLAINTIFF was lawfully in his residence. When several NYPD officers in SWAT gear, including Defendant BOYSTAK, broke down the door to the bedroom where Plaintiff was sleeping. Defendants then put a gun to PLAINTIFF’s head, and then violently threw him to the ground. Defendant BOYSTAK and the John/Jane DOE Officers unlawfully searched the area where PLAINTIFF was located. Defendants had no probable cause. Defendants placed PLAINTIFF's hands tightly behind his back and then forcefully pushed PLAINTIFF’s face into the floor.
