On February 15, 2018, at approximately 6:00 a.m., officers from Narcotics Borough Queens entered and searched [redacted] in Queens, in response to Search Warrant #Q0223/2018, which was requested and obtained by Det. Demetrios Kekatos of Narcotics Borough Queens (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det. George Katris of Narcotics Borough Queens attempted to place [redacted] in handcuffs while inside of his apartment. Det. Katris placed [redacted] onto a recliner where he punched [redacted] on the left side of his face (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]). Det. Katris then told [redacted] to "just stay the fuck down," "don't fucking move," and "where the fuck is the drugs and the guns" (Allegation D: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
