On February 11, 2018, at approximately 7:00 p.m., [redacted] was inside of her apartment at [redacted] in Brooklyn with her son, [redacted] her daughter-in-law, [redacted] and her landlord, [redacted] was involved in a dispute with her son and daughter-in-law, who called the police. Police Officer Nicole Fox and Police Officer Ananda Mirandamessner of the 60th Precinct entered [redacted] apartment. PO Mirandamessner shook [redacted] from side to side after she handcuffed her and called her "crazy". PO Fox and PO Mirandamessner dragged [redacted] out of the apartment.
