On May 1, 2018, at approximately 6:43 p.m., [redacted] was driving in the vicinity of Cortelyou Road and East 35th Street in Brooklyn. [redacted]'s brother, [redacted] was a passenger in the vehicle. [redacted]'s vehicle was stopped by Police Officer Gregory Vasquez and Police Officer Jose Delgado from the 67th Precinct (Allegations A-B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Vasquez pointed his gun at [redacted] (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]). PO Delgado pointed his gun at [redacted] (Allegation D: Force: [redacted]). [redacted] exited the vehicle.
