On April 26, 2018, at approximately 4:30 p.m., PO Ryan Olsen, previously of the 75th Precinct (PO Olsen was later transferred to the Warrant Section), stopped [redacted] at the BP gas station located at 586 Conduit Boulevard in Brooklyn (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Olsen brought [redacted] to the ground and allegedly struck him in the neck, jaw, or shoulder with his elbow (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]). He also stated, "You're an idiot, you fucking moron" and referred to [redacted] as a "stupid motherfucker" (Allegation C continued).
