Description: On or about September 24, 2018 at approximately 8:00 PM, plaintiff was present in the vicinity Nicholls Street, Brooklyn, where he was walking on the sidewalk. Police officer Francesco Iorio and unidentified police officers (John and Jane Doe 1-10) then approached the plaintiff, and proceeded to arrest and handcuff him. Plaintiff was arrested and transported to the 75th Precinct, where he was the subject of a search. Plaintiff was then held in a cell inside of the 75th precinct for several hours before he was transported to Central Booking. Charges against the plaintiff were eventually dismissed and the case was terminated in his favor.

Description: Plaintiff was about to proceed through the turnstile at a subway station to go meet his wife when Defendant Officers stopped him and said he fit the description of a robber. Officers then assaulted him, tightly handcuffed him, took him to the 75th Precinct, and attempted to file charges against him, which the DA declined to prosecute.
