On May 2, 2018, at approximately 6:40 a.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were inside their apartment, located at [redacted] in Manhattan, when Detective Raymond Low and additional officers from the Narcotics Borough Manhattan North entered and searched the apartment (Allegation A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
