Summary

On July 14, 2018 at approximately 6:00PM, [redacted] and an individual were sitting on the stoop of [redacted] in the Bronx when they were stopped by Police Officers Michael Duggan, Sandra Martinez, Janert Gil, and Robert Wichers, of the 48th Precinct (Allegations A, B, C, D- Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Duggan allegedly frisked [redacted] while PO Martinez allegedly frisked the individual (Allegations E and F-Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Duggan allegedly searched [redacted] (Allegation G- Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
