Summary

On May 10, 2018, [redacted] was driving in his car on 7th Avenue in Manhattan. At the intersection of 7th Avenue and West 145th Street, [redacted] noticed an unmarked police car. [redacted] continued driving until Police Officer Nairobi Grayson, Police Officer Gregory Paduano, and Sergeant Asa Barnes, all of the 32nd Precinct, pulled him over at 7th Avenue and West 148th Street (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). After [redacted] exited his car, PO Grayson refused to provide his information to [redacted] (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, 1). PO Grayson told [redacted] "I'm not giving you shit," "I'm not giving you a goddamn thing," and asked [redacted] "why the fuck are you yelling at me?" (Allegation C: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
