On September 28, 2018, at approximately 9:14 p.m., in the vicinity of [redacted] in Brooklyn, unidentified officers of the 84th Precinct allegedly threatened to break down [redacted] apartment door and damaged the handle of [redacted] apartment door (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
