On October 28, 2018, at approximately 12:30 a.m. [redacted] was walking to the Oracle Lounge located at 2937 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn when he noticed an unmarked vehicle following behind him. Police Officer James Argila, Police Officer Renaldo Weekes and Sergeant Adnan Radoncic of the 75th Precinct exited their vehicle and stopped [redacted] (Allegations A, B, and C-Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) and PO Argila put both his hands in the front pocket of [redacted]s sweatshirt (Allegation D, Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
