Description: On June 17, 2019, at approximately 12:30 A.M., Plaintiff Kamar Stewart was walking in the vicinity of Livonia Avenue and Warwick Street in Kings County, when Defendants NYPD Officers Ronaldo Weekes, Bryan Scheblein, Forrest Hirsch, and other unidentified NYPD Officers grabbed Plaintiff, assaulted him, and placed him under false arrest. Defendants did not have probable cause or reasonable suspicion to detain or arrest Plaintiff. Plaintiff was transported to the precinct where he was subjected to embarrassing and intrusive search of his body. Description: On July 31, 2019, plaintiff was on their way home after buying a candy bar at the local bodega when Defendant officers stopped plaintiff and without legal reason, grabbed Plaintiff and unlawfully searched them. Nothing illegal was found on Plaintiff. Defendant officers then punched plaintiff multiple times, tackled Plaintiff to the ground, and choked Plaintiff, who yelled that they could not breathe, and kicked Plaintiff.
