Summary

On January 5, 2019, at approximately 7:40 p.m., [redacted] parked his car in the pedestrian crosswalk on the corner of New Lots Avenue and Hendrix Street, in Brooklyn. [redacted] left the vehicle engine running with the hazard lights on and entered [redacted] came out three minutes later to find PO Billy Dill and PO Oscar Mancilla of the 75th Precinct by his vehicle. PO Dill asked for his identification and [redacted] refused to provide it.
