On February 13, 2019, at approximately 1:00 AM, in the vicinity of Fulton Street and Throop Avenue in Brooklyn, Police Officer Nelson Reyes of the Strategic Response Group (SRG) stopped [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] 1).
