At approximately 6:47 p.m. on December 10, 2018, [redacted] was standing outside of 219 West 145th Street in Manhattan and [redacted] entered the location. Police Officer Michael Boyce responded to a 9-1-1 call and approached [redacted] Police Officer Boyce stood in front of him along with additional officers and asked [redacted] if he had a knife. [redacted] told Police Officer Boyce he did, reached into his own pocket and gave it to Police Officer Boyce. Police Officer Boyce returned to his patrol vehicle.
