On April 12, 2019, at approximately 4:00 pm, PO Janert Gil and PO Saquoi Harris of the 48th Precinct stopped [redacted] at East 185th Street and Prospect Avenue in the Bronx (Allegation A and B, Abuse of Authority, exonerated). [redacted] informed them he had a complaint against the NYPD. Throughout the incident PO Gil and PO Harris made several discourteous remarks using the expletive "fuck" (Allegations C and D, Discourtesy, unsubstantiated). PO Gil and PO Harris entered [redacted]'s pockets, (Allegations E and F, Abuse of Authority, unsubstantiated). Then PO Gil and PO Harris frisked his jacket (Allegations G and H, Abuse of Authority, unsubstantiated and substantiated). The officers requested his identification, which [redacted] refused to provide. [redacted] told the officers he was going to call the CCRB and they left.
