Description: On or about September 6, 2023, Plaintiffs Brown, Thomas, Dalton, and Patterson were asleep on the first floor of an apartment when NYPD entered the location and handcuffed and arrested the plaintiffs without any lawful reason. Detective Harris and other police officers claimed to have recovered a loaded firearm from inside of a bedroom wall on the second floor of the apartment.
