On January 1, 2019, at approximately 5:25 p.m., [redacted] was driving an SUV on Inwood Avenue in the Bronx, while his friend, [redacted] was standing on the SUV's running board. In front of 1472 Inwood Avenue, Police Officers Roberto Vargas and Kenny Ortiz, both of the 44th Precinct, pulled over [redacted]. Police Officer Ariel Gonzalez and Police Officer Jeyson Bisono, both of the 44th Precinct, and additional officers also arrived.
