On May 24, 2019, at approximately 10:40 p.m., in the vicinity of 446 Chester Street in Brooklyn, Police Officers Keith Stark and Brian Mahon of the 73rd Precinct stopped the vehicle in which [redacted] were occupants (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Police Officer Shalimar Scribner of the 73rd Precinct searched [redacted] and threatened to arrest her (Allegations C and D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Stark fired his gun at [redacted] (Allegation E: Force, [redacted]). [redacted] was arrested and charged with [redacted].
