On June 28, 2019, at approximately 6:45 p.m., [redacted] was in the male locker room of the McCarren Park Public Pool at 776 Lorimer Street in Brooklyn attempting to change clothes and leave. PO Shantell McKinnies of the 94th Precinct discharged her pepper spray which came into contact with [redacted] and other unidentified individuals within the locker room (Allegations A and B: Force, [redacted]). [redacted] immediately exited the locker room and allegedly told PO Fermin Bueno of the 94th Precinct at the exit of the public pool that he needed medical attention to which PO Bueno allegedly responded, "Go home and tell your parents" (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
