On August 27, 2019, at approximately 11:59 p.m. at the intersection of Bush Street and Grand Concourse in the Bronx, PO Tyrone Seely and Sgt. Erica Lloyd of the 46th Precinct responded to a dispute over a parking space. [redacted] was holding a parking spot outside of her apartment building at [redacted] for her husband, [redacted] who is a Spanish speaker with limited English proficiency and was preparing to park his car, which was nearby.
PO Seely and Sgt.
