PO Thomas Podd and PO Ronette Benjamin of the 63rd Precinct pursued [redacted] in their vehicle. [redacted] fled on his bicycle to the intersection of [redacted]. Sgt. Peter Behan of the 63rd Precinct responded and allegedly struck [redacted] in the chin (Allegation A: Force: [redacted]). [redacted] fell from his bicycle.
