On October 27, 2018, at approximately 6:00 p.m., Police Officer Jianwei Chen and Police Officer Martin Ortiz, both from the 71st Precinct, responded to a radio-run for a family dispute at [redacted]'s apartment, located at [redacted] in Brooklyn, between [redacted] and her adult daughter, [redacted]. Sergeant Thomas Chan and Police Officer Lisandro Peña, both from the 78th Precinct, responded as well. Sgt. Chan threatened to remove [redacted] to the (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
