On October 28, 2019, at approximately 6:30 a.m., officers from Queens South Narcotics entered and searched the second floor of [redacted] in Queens as part of a search warrant requested by Detective Francisco Adames of the 113th Precinct Detective Squad (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). Once officers entered [redacted]'s home, an unidentified officer (PO1) pointed his gun at [redacted]'s head (Allegation C: Force: [redacted]) and told [redacted] to, "get the fuck on the floor and get the fuck down" (Allegation D: Discourtesy: [redacted]). PO1 then threatened to shoot [redacted] in the head (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
