On January 31, 2020, [redacted] suffered an epileptic episode during which he lost consciousness and walked partially clothed from his brother's apartment into the lobby of his building at [redacted] in Manhattan (otherwise known as [redacted]). Several officers from the 25th Precinct and Police Service Area 5 (PSA 5), including Police Officers Norman Brissett and Joseph Hunt, from the 25th Precinct, responded.
