On February 15, 2020, at approximately 10:57 p.m., [redacted] was walking with a friend he identified as '[redacted]' on Prospect Place towards the intersection of Troy Avenue in Brooklyn. Police Officer Gregory Trimarchi of the 103rd Precinct and Detective Reginald Smith, Detective Salvatore Melore, and Lieutenant Forrest Hirsch of Patrol Borough Manhattan North, ordered [redacted] and [redacted] to stop (Allegation A – Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
