On March 9, 2020, at approximately 12:30 AM, [redacted] was pulled over by Police Officer Caner Sezer of the 67 Precinct in the vicinity of Utica Avenue and Beverley Road in Brooklyn. Police Officer Sezer approached [redacted] driver side with his firearm drawn and pointed at [redacted] (Allegation A: Force-Gun Point, [redacted]).
