On June 4, 2020, at approximately 6:00p.m., at East 173rd Street and Boston Road in the Bronx, [redacted] sat on his bike and drank alcohol and smoked marijuana when PO Miguel Castillo, PO Mohammed Mondol, PO George Rivera, and PO Jarrett Dill from the 42nd Precinct approached [redacted]. PO Castillo tightly placed [redacted] in handcuffs (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
[redacted] was taken to the 42nd Precinct stationhouse, where PO Jimenez told [redacted] "Shut the fuck up," and, "You were being cool the whole way and now you're saying, 'Suck my dick' now?
