On May 31, 2020, at approximately 12:01 a.m., [redacted] attended a protest against police brutality at Nostrand Avenue and Church Avenue in Brooklyn. While at the protest, unidentified officers allegedly threw [redacted]. While [redacted] to the ground (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]) was on the ground, unidentified officers allegedly said, "I got you, you fat bitch," "Fuck you, you fat bitch," "Fuck you bitch," and, "Go fuck your mother" (Allegation B: Discourtesy, [redacted]). An unidentified officer allegedly hit [redacted] in the back of the head with an object (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]) was subsequently handcuffed.
