Summary

On June 1, 2020, at 11:57 p.m., [redacted] was in a protest march in the vicinity of 109 East 59th Street in Manhattan. Officers from multiple commands were present, including Sergeant Carlos Barahona and Police Officers Nadye Dimmie, James Marcinek, Tythe Gladden, and Franco Quayle, all from the 30th Precinct. Sgt.
