On August 17, 2020, at approximately 1 a.m., Police Officer Geordany Gonzalez and Police Officer O'Shane Cole—both from the 46th Precinct─responded to [redacted] in the Bronx regarding a noise complaint. PO Gonzalez opened the iron door connected to the gate surrounding [redacted] home, after which he and PO Cole allegedly entered the porch without consent (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority-Entry of Premises, [redacted]). PO Gonzalez and PO Cole placed [redacted] in handcuffs, during which they pushed her to the ground and allegedly used excessive force (Allegations C and D: Force-Physical Force, [redacted]).
