On August 21, 2020, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Sergeant Michael Pomerantz, assigned to Narcotics Borough Manhattan North (NARCBMN), stopped [redacted] at the intersection of West 120th Street and St Nicholas Avenue in Manhattan (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
