On October 8th, 2020, at about 6 a.m. Detective Joseph Nicosia of the Criminal Intelligence Section (CIS), and multiple other MOS assigned to CIS entered and searched [redacted] in Brooklyn, pursuant to search warrant [redacted] [Allegation A: Abuse of Authority – Entry, exonerated; Allegation B: Abuse of Authority – Search, exonerated].
