On November 8, 2020, at approximately 12:10am, [redacted] was riding his Citi Bike in Chinatown in Manhattan, when he merged with a group of approximately 10 officers riding bicycles in the same lane, traveling in the same direction as him. Officers yelled for [redacted] to get out of the way and said, "Fuck you, you're going to Central Booking" and "You're under arrest" (Allegations A: Discourtesy, [redacted] Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] and the officers came to a stop at a metal police barricade. Sgt.
