On February 12, 2021, at approximately 5:12 a.m., PO Andre Donaldson and PO Joseph Tilesio, from the 14th Precinct, attempted to place [redacted] under arrest outside of the Intercontinental Hotel at 300 West 44th Street in Manhattan. PO Donaldson and PO Tilesio removed [redacted] from his vehicle (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]) (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]).
[redacted] was in police custody from February 12th to February 15th, 2021, where he took several trips between the 14th Precinct stationhouse, Manhattan Central Booking, and [redacted]. He reported the following additional allegations of misconduct during his time in custody:
Unidentified officers called him a junkie (Allegation C: Discourtesy, [redacted]). Unidentified officers made [redacted] lay on his handcuffed hands and later threw him to the ground (Allegation D: Force, [redacted]). An unidentified officer told [redacted] "Too bad its fucking policy" and called [redacted] a "fake war veteran" (Allegation E: Discourtesy, [redacted]). Two unidentified officers told [redacted] that he had a "dislocated clitoris" and a "torn labia" (Allegation F: Offensive language, [redacted]) (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]), told [redacted] that they were going to "fuck his sister and his wife" and that both love "spic dick" (Allegation H; Discourtesy, [redacted])(Allegation I: Offensive language, [redacted])(Allegation J: Offensive Language, [redacted]), and made sexual gestures imitating intercourse at [redacted] (Allegation K: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Simultaneously, PO Brenden Griebel, from the 14th Precinct, kicked him in the knee (Allegation L: Force, [redacted]).
