On March 17th, 2021, at approximately 11:24PM, [redacted] parked in front of 280 East 161st Street in the Bronx and waited to pick up a friend. Police Officers Mike Suarez, Matthew Miret. John Migliaccio and Sergeant Steven Counihan, from Police Service Area 7, stopped and approached [redacted] (Allegations A-D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
