On May 12, 2021, at approximately 3:15 p.m., PO Yorkt Peraltadeljesus and PO Joel Medina, both of the 44th Precinct, arrived at [redacted] in Manhattan, to assist an ACS worker, [redacted] in seeing [redacted]'s seven-year-old son, [redacted]. [redacted] answered the door, and PO Peraltadeljesus entered the apartment (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]; Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Peraltadeljesus allegedly pushed [redacted] (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]) and allegedly pointed his Taser at her (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted]'s father, [redacted], retrieved [redacted], showed him to the officers and [redacted], and then left the apartment.
