Description: On or about March 18, 2020, NYPD officers arrested Plaintiff and refused to give him a reason for his arrest despite Plaintiff asking why he was being arrested. Plaintiff was arrested and later charged with possession of a fraudulent instrument. The NYPD officers refused to allow claimant to speak to his lawyer, who called the precinct on multiple occasions.
