On August 17, 2021, at approximately 1:12 p.m., [redacted] went to the 113th Precinct stationhouse in Queens to speak to Detective Patrick Nozdrovicky of the 113th Precinct Detective Squad, who [redacted] knew from his investigation into a criminal complaint she had filed. While at the stationhouse, Sergeant Kenneth Miklas of the 113th Precinct spoke to [redacted] and did not provide his name upon request (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, substantiated). Sgt. Miklas allegedly threw [redacted] papers on the ground (Allegation B: Discourtesy, unfounded) and allegedly called her "Nigga" (Allegation C: Off.
