Summary

On August 25, 2021, at approximately 7:30 AM, Det. Edelman Santos, Det. Anthony Galasso, Sgt. Alexander Rapp, and PO James Stalikas arrived at [redacted] apartment, located at [redacted] in the Bronx to apprehend her ex-husband, [redacted] on an active parole warrant. [redacted] children, eight-year-old [redacted], 12-year-old [redacted] and 17-year-old [redacted] were inside the apartment. The officers forcibly entered (Allegations A-D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] and searched for [redacted] (Allegation E and F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] During the search, an officer allegedly said, "Move the fucking kid out of the way" (Allegation G: Discourtesy, [redacted].
