On August 31, 2021, at approximately 8:50 p.m., Sergeant Jonathan Taveras from the 67th Precinct Field Intelligence Office (FIO) stopped five individuals inside of 5014 Church Avenue in Brooklyn (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) and recovered a knife (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) Detectives David Darcy and Joseph Bautista from the 67th Precinct FIO and Police Officers Jose Gomez and Julio Martinez frisked and searched the other individuals under the supervision of Sgt.
