Description: On December 2, 2022, plaintiffs were unlawfully detained, searched and arrested without cause or legal justification. Plaintiffs were within a residential building when the defendants entered the home with their weapons drawn demanding everybody to move or get on the ground. Defendants broke down doors and otherwise damaged various fixtures and pieces of property. Defendants arrested plaintiffs, handcuffing them, subjecting them to unlawful pat-down searches and tightly restrained them with metal handcuffs causing pain and discomfort.
