On October 7, 2021, at approximately 6 a.m., [redacted] was in her apartment, located at [redacted] in the Bronx, with her four children when Det. Donald Sehl along with Det. Nelson Nin, Lt. Steven Degree, and other members of the Bronx Narcotics Squad entered and searched her apartment (Allegation A, B, and C – Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
