Summary

On November 3, 2021, at 6:30 PM, [redacted] was at home at [redacted] in Staten Island when she had a domestic dispute with her husband, [redacted], and a witness called the police. Police Officer Thomas Gargiulo, Police Officer Anthony Corrao, and additional officers from the 123rd Precinct, responded to the scene. PO Gargiulo prepared a domestic incident report (DIR) and then hugged [redacted] (Allegation A – Abuse of Authority - [redacted]).
The following day, on November 4, 2021, PO Gargiulo called [redacted] and allegedly asked [redacted] to go out to eat and talk about the incident mentioned above. Later that day at approximately 8 PM, while off-duty, PO Gargiulo picked up [redacted] in his personal vehicle and they went to eat at Roll N Roaster located at 2901 Emmons Ave in Brooklyn (Allegation B – Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). On the drive back to [redacted] home, PO Gargiulo told her that if he ever saw [redacted] he would shoot him (Allegation C – Abuse of Authority - [redacted]).
