On May 21st, 2022, at approximately 12:00 p.m., [redacted] was at her apartment, [redacted] in Manhattan with [redacted] and her younger daughter, 14-year-old [redacted] called 911 on [redacted] after a physical dispute between them and Police Officer Marc Brigantti, Police Officer Edgar Espinal, Police Officer Vincent Degennaro, and Police Officer Matthew Medina, all of the 25th Precinct, responded to the residence. [redacted] opened the door and [redacted] and [redacted] both told PO Brigantti, PO Espinal, PO Degennaro, and PO Medina to get to [redacted] because she was about to jump from the apartment's balcony. PO Brigantti, PO Espinal, PO Degennaro, and PO Medina entered the apartment (Allegation A-D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) and went to speak to [redacted] on the balcony. Minutes later, Police Officer Katrayen Arsen and Police Officer Nicholas Ragone, both of the 25th Precinct, also arrived for assistance.
