On June 20, 2022, at approximately 5:49 PM, PO Paramveer Singh and PO Brandon Andre of the 107th Precinct arrested [redacted] for shoplifting outside of 75-40 Parsons Boulevard in Queens. Following the arrest of [redacted] outside of 75-40 Parsons Boulevard, PO Singh made various discourteous remarks towards [redacted] (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
While walking her dog on Parsons Boulevard, [redacted] witnessed PO Singh allegedly knee [redacted] in the back and call him a "piece of shit" (Allegation B: Force, [redacted] and Allegation C: Discourtesy, [redacted]). When [redacted] asked the officers if [redacted] was alright, PO Singh allegedly responded by stating, "Mind your fucking business." and "Let me do my fucking job." (Allegation D: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
[redacted] was transported to the hospital and then to the 107th Precinct stationhouse. At 9:55 PM, inside of a moving police vehicle PO Singh told [redacted] "Once we put you in the cell, you'll get a fucking coke, right away" (Allegation E: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
At 10:04 PM, at the 107th Precinct stationhouse, PO Singh stated to [redacted] "What do you want, Sunkist? Tell me what the fuck you want" (Allegation F: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
